 I AM Scott Jay Ringle, and it’s been MY honor to work with some of the sharpest minds in the world.

With over 90 successful Fortune 500 digital transformations (IT Modernization) in the last five years. Our teams are considered to be some of the best in the industry according to our clients. Focusing on the “Customer Experience” during this complex and expensive journey is something I take personally. 

Just a bit about my history: I was born and raised in Palo Alto California located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Being raised by a family of technology entrepreneurs rubbed off on me. My true passion has always been technology, specifically as it can be applied  to create a better human experience. Inherited genes from my father who was a well-known nuclear physicist, mathematician, and MIT professor. Following my passion, a small elite group of us gave rise to 4 highly successful startups; Alteon Web Systems, Airwave Wireless, Aruba Networks, and EBB Web Solutions. Two of these companies went public on NASDAQ and were acquired by Nortel Networks in 2005.

 

My APPROACH:

  • Anticipate Market Opportunity 
    Analyzing market data to effectively determine & anticipate the customer requirements for future business direction, technology roadmaps, regulatory aspects, or a set of given products/solutions, as the success of the proposition/solution depends largely on the accuracy of analysis. To accomplish this, I have a deeper level of understanding of customer’s business, technology domain & related challenges. I am able to comprehend customer requirements by looking at the industry trends, available macro, and microdata points of customer’s business in the public domain or otherwise.
  • Deep Customer Connect
    I ensure consistent deep customer connect, relationship, and engagement. I’m able to understand the local business context, market dynamics, and provide thought leadership for technology options/roadmaps/ transformations which customers may require in order to accomplish their business objectives & ensure precise requirement capturing.

    Having excellent industry connections across an ecosystem of partners, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Redhat, IBM, Cloudera, Splunk, Snowflake and many other key players. I’m seen as a true thought leader by industry experts.
  • Scan Opportunities:
    Typically acting as a beacon, scanning opportunities, and being a constant guide & sounding board to account teams, pre-sales and delivery teams to identify white spaces, developing new sales play books, help account & bid management teams qualify leads by using a deep understanding of the customer pain points, associated technology aspects & determining the right to win.

    Have vision & ability to conceptualize, articulate, orchestrate, prepare, and defend a large deal, for proactive and reactive pitches in conjunction with Account and Pre-Sales Solution teams.
